Description of suggestion
Keep empty minecarts from disappearing when a clearlag happens. It is really annoying when i hop out of one for like 2 seconds and it just disappears

Possible side effects of suggestion
Man idk, like i really don't think there are any side effects. Like maybe some lag but like how bad can a few minecarts be

why dont we get rid of clearlag entirely it doesn't even clear lag t-t

+1 Clearlagg has had problems, im sure it could be fixed.
