Description of suggestion
1. if a players suggestion gets accepted gives them something little for appriciation more people will make suggestions and that will make the server better

2. make something like bug helper apllitcation they don't get special ranks they just test all the news things they look for bugs before they put them in gamemodes you will have less bug reports less dupes. less people spamming dc and chats

1. No, it is often something for yourself. So if it becomes accepted then something is added that you want.
2. To fix bugs ingame like dupes you need a lot of perks. It is difficult to find people who can be trusted so much.
