Add events. For example on Skyblock a PvP tournament. And on other game modes other events.

Possible side effects of suggestion
People are going to get ready for every event. And they can win prizes with it. such as 1st: 100k, 2nd: 50k, 3rd: 25k.

for Jake: I never said all... but when they only added 1 server suggestion out of the how many was it again oh ye 96 server suggestions it sucks.
I mean for real you replied to my thread where I legit said: Look at the last 96 suggestions, they added only 1 server suggestion.
(At the time I became helper, no server suggestions got accepted lol)
