Description of suggestion
1. Increase cactus/sugarcane sell price to $4 or $5 each (makes farming a more optimal way to earn money)
2. Increase price of hoppers in shop (They are super easy to get and should be more expensive)
3. Increase hopper flow speed, hoppers seem to easily clog up due to lag or the restrictions currently set on them
4. Increase the spawn % of iron and coal in F mine
5. Add more ores at the sandstone mine in the donator mine (diamonds, redstone, lapis, and gold)
6. Add a clear lag system (alerts in chat when going off)
7. Increase /fix all cooldown, It's currently 30 minutes which is a little overkill (should be 12hr or 24hr cooldown)
8. Add infinite /eat for Vip and up (should be able to use the command while in combat)
9. Balance Elite mine and Complete mine, complete should be better than elite (Just make complete mines exactly like the current elite ones, and nerf the current elite mines)
10. Add a pinata crate and change the reward from the pinata to a pinata key
11. 24/7 daylight in the overworld
12. Add xp bottles to the shop (they should be expensive)
13. Remove mob spawning in the overworld
14. Add gold and iron ingots to the shop buy/sell
15. Change the gang color to red for level 5 gangs, its currently yellow which is the same as level 1 gangs

Possible side effects of suggestion
Can help balance the gamemode and overall stabilize the server and the players needs.

You get cactus way slower than if you had a 700 iron golem spawner farm, I think $3 or $4 could be reasonable.
$3 or $4 is way too high for a price of a cactus, a person could have a massive cactus farm to max height and cactus would come down incredibly fast. If you afk your cactus farm overnight, it would have tons of cactus in your chests by the morning, I agree that the price should be $2 at the highest and should be sold in 1's instead of 16.

Then it would make mining useless and new players will sell cactus if people allow them to use their farms
I agree, there would be no purpose of mining then, people could just make a massive cactus farm, afk there overnight and get more money than mining. And it would also be more efficient.
