Description of suggestion
1) Revert back to old prison.
2) Add /withdraw /pay /tp /wwarp
3) Add chestshops, remove player shops.
4) Remove free world.
5) Less ranking system, add higher rank prices.

Possible side effects of suggestion
No side effects, but prison will be better + more people will like it.

I agree with you. especially from add the old prison back. I like the 2nd prison the best, so +1 vote
