Description of suggestion
Make Hoppers slower, They're way too fast.

Possible side effects of suggestion
Yesterday I was making something using hoppers on my island. When the whole thing was finished I was trying it out to see if it was working. Then I found out that the hoppers were way to fast! I hope you can fix this.

If the hoppers are going to do things like normal hoppers then the hopper needs to be updated more often and that's why it's per stack.

If they're going per stack they're way too fast and you can't make autobrewers 'n stuff with it. So than they're useless.. Plus, on /sglacier and /svulcan the hoppers are going slow enough and /svulcan and /sglacier are not laggy at all. So what's the problem?

Slower hoppers give people a lot more opportunities to use redstone and have a better experience on oneblock.
