Remove the "Halter" kit
Possible side effects of suggestion
When frozen with the "Halter" kit you cannot do anything to save yourself you can't look around or move so you are stuck glitching and people can /suicide and get stacks of snowballs to repeatedly freeze and kill you. If the kit is removed, then people would have more fun because they don't lose their !50! killstreak to some nerd who can stop someone and hit them like 3 times to kill them!
