Description of suggestion
There are too many claims that don't have any active players in them, making it too hard to find a suitable area to build a proper kingdom. An automatic Kingdom Claim Clearer would do wonders, even a system that makes a kingdom raidable/greifable would help the server out a lot.
Possible side effects of suggestion
Pros:
-More players making active kingdoms
-Less unactive areas
-Bigger building areas that are easier to find
Cons:
-More commands to figure out/More maintenance to be done.
-If unactive players come back online they'll probably be upset when they see their kingdom gone and no where to be found.
