No one is taking this seriously (and for good reasons) but here is why this is bad:

1. You're only reason for why this should be implemented is your own opinion ("because it is just bad")
2. Swearing is already replaced by asterisks for the most part
3. Swearing doesn't make the chat less positive
4. You can turn off chat if you're really that offended by it
