Description of suggestion
I suggest that you create a help page where new users can ask questions about commands, rules etc. and have the owners and admins help them out by kindly answering their questions. I know that there is a help page, but it is not that helpful and does not contain smaller questions new players may have. I also saw the forums but this help chat would be a more reliable and helpful source of information. Lastly I have found that you can direct message owners and admins while on the site, but I found it difficult to find and only easy to use when an admin or owner is on the website. If you are going to change anything, even if you do not create a help chat of sorts, it would be helpful for old and new members if you created the area where you can message an admin or owner easier to find and easier to use. For example making it a type of forum under the Forums tab and listing not only the owners and admins online at the time, but all of the admins and owners. I thank you for taking this suggestion into consideration, Rolersk8.

Possible side effects of suggestion
A possible side effect is that people may overuse the help chat/direct messaging section of the website.

So like a support section to ask questions in which all staff members could contribute and reply to?
 
I think a better thing would be a list of all commands on every game mode which basic descriptions of all of them. This used to be /help but now it only gives super basic commands and isn't helpful at all. I think that having a list somewhere (changing /help or having a list on the website) would be better because no one would have to wait for an answer and staff wouldn't have to answer the same basic questions over and over.

There is already a rules page so I don't think we need anything more then that, except maybe updating it with questions staff get asked a lot.

Yeah something in game so it is easier to access for players, but also updating the rules page would be good too.
