Description of suggestion
Removing the discord-to-foxcraft chat implementation would be the most effective way to avoid mute/ban evasion, and as it stands, the current implementation has caused more problems than it has solved.
Toxic players have been using the discord implementation to get out of being /ignored. Because the server cannot read the individual users as players, they can't be /ignored because the plugin that enables that interaction doesn't work with the discord implementation.
Users cannot hide the chat without sacrificing their ability to teleport, use wwarps or homes, private message, or use player vaults, because the teams plugin considers regular chat messages to be commands. If a user wanted to stop reading regular chat messages, they would have to set their chat setting to "Hidden," instead of "Command Only."
If a user has been muted, the server doesn't punish their discord user because they are not linked. They are still allowed to use the discord channels, and may even fly under the radar if a mod isn't online or if they use a different discord account.

Possible side effects of suggestion
Players will not be able to send messages through the foxcraft chat from their phones, or if they are offline. However, this is how it used to be anyways, and players would compensate by messaging through discord pms.

Nobody has been complaining about the discord chat being linked to survival. Its not an issue for anybody. If you dont like that someone is talking you can choose to not read their message, simple as that. And someone taking the ''risk'' of ''mute evading'' using discord can also easily be done by just logging onto another account. Mute evading is done in many ways. People can just rename an item and do /display to bypass somebody's /ignore. It also makes communicating with oneanother easier since not everybody exchange discord accounts or just doesnt have one. You cut of alot of people from talking and reading the chat. Plus the discord makes it easier for staff to copy paste what someone said in chat to translate it (for instance I say something in russian and nobody would be able to read it)

If staff seems player mute/ban evade in the discord you get a PERMBAN from the discord. if 1 account on our ip got banned from the discord server. you cant join with another accounts.

and -1 like if i am offline and i want to quest someone it's easier to use the MineCraft X Discord chat

That's... literally not true? I have screenshots of people being annoyed when they're *timed out* on the discord for mute evasion.

These are some fair points I hadn't considered, especially the translation one, and the /ignore command has been improved since the update! It didn't use to block people's /msgs. But this isn't about other forms of mute evasion, and if it were, the discord implementation would only make it easier for players to mute or ban evade. Before, you would have to buy another mojang account entirely, now you can just make another discord. Either way would use VPNs.
Other than removing the discord-to-foxcraft chat implementation, another solution would be to make the /ignore command compatible with the Sync bot, or to set the Teams plugin so that messages send as messages, not commands.
To argue that "it isn't an issue for anybody else" is a logical fallacy. I could simply be the first person to share their struggles.

People have always been mute evading/ban evading, its hasnt been rising since the discord plugin. Nowadays people can buy alts for less than 3 cents and when someone gets their account banned on the discord server they get an IP ban. It would be more likely for someone to mute evade using books/signs than using discord since they get timed-out and/or banned from the discord. Its a new thing to connect the players who can't come online to the players who are online.
