Make the Foxking/Foxqueen rank Global

Possible side effects of suggestion
It is just better, maxing out your rank on just 1 server isn't fun if you like multiple servers.

Not everyone does though lol, the fact there's no global ranks is sort of straining the amount of money cloakfox will make, due to people not wanting to pay that price for only one server. It affects everyone negatively really
