  • *Your in-game name: Ksmudger.
  • *Is your suggestion for the server and/or forum: Server.
  • *For which gamemode is this suggestion: All.
  • *Description of suggestion: To make hackusating mutable/warnable (unless they're joking around) countless amounts of times I've seen people shout out "Johney128 hacks ban him" then the hacker proceed to leave the game or toggle, and it is highly frustrating trying to do your job as a staff member or even a regular player attempting to get a hacker banned when players call them out then they toggle or leave. Players should have to use their common sense and privately message a staff member or get the player banned themselves via recording, instead of feeding hackers the attention they want.

Example: "XxTacosxX: Johney123 hacks ban him staff!!!"
XxTacosxX then would then be warned. He'd receive another warning if he proceeds to do the same thing, then after 2 warnings he'd be muted for 10 minutes (this is just example of what the punishment could be)

  • Possible side effects of suggestion:No people being annoying by hackusating just because the player is better than them, also will mean no hackers get out of their punishments because another player has alerted them of staff presence etc.

I agree fully on this suggestion.

On another note, I would love to see something implemented like an in-game /report (player) (reason) command that would notify a staff who's online at the time so they could go and check it out. Players who would abuse this command for jokes, or just stupidity would be severely punished. Perhaps when the report is being looked at, the staff could type a command such as /report accept to let the player who reported them know it's being handled so they don't continue to try.
no one would report on the forums
