Closed Spawning

• *Description of suggestion: Improve the spawning system so that we can make farms or atleast find rare mobs. (It's almost impossible to find Ghasts or Wither Skeletons now).

If you dont want to change or improve the spawning rates, could we atleast know how it works so that we can make farms

Spawn rates should improve when more players are online, and should be worse when not many are online. This has to do with mob spawn limits per player. Nothing I can do to fix.
