Title Crafters should be locked
Description of suggestion
I have all my doors open in my island so people can explore what I have made since I am fairly proud of it. At some point I noticed that my crafters were being tampered with. Someone had turned my Iron and Gold block crafters into pressure plate crafters. I only noticed when I had lost several stacks of ingots to pressure plates. I spent the next 20 minutes looking for an island setting to lock crafters and I could not find one!
If possible, there should be a comb over to the island settings menu to see if there are more settings that should be there after the more recent Minecraft updates.
Possible side effects of suggestion
I don't see any bad side effects from adding more protections and options to island settings as it protects against a pretty sneaky griefing tactic.

- Less paranoia and need to lock crafters behind doors and buildings.
