It is too overpowered to be able to freeze your opponent and prevent them from doing anything for several seconds just by hitting them with a snowball. This kit ruins the pvp experience that kitpvp is supposed to provide by preventing your opponent from even playing. At least decrease the freeze time by a lot.

No, don't decrease freeze time. Just simply remove the trash kit, it instantly kills you with full health while you're one block off the ground as soon as the ice removes off you
 
There seems to be a disagreement solely because someone may out match you and this is the only way to get an advantage, if that's the case then limit the snowballs you get and make it ONLY ONE, unstackable, and unattainable to get another. If you put multiple in an enderchest it will disappear or turn back into one.

You only get 1 snowball in the kit halter that will freeze people. The freeze time isn't even over 5 seconds so we are going to keep kit halter for now. If it becomes an issue in the future we will address it then.
