Rank Problems (Factions, SkyBlock)

Hey everyone, I'm back (previously ezinn).

So I seem to have a problem with my ranks on the Factions and SkyBlock servers. I don't have the perks and the label for Shadowfox like I do in other servers.

You can see that I have the ShadowFox on this server, as well as on other servers.

It would be great if someone could help me get my rank back.

Thats if you got it a few months ago. I have shadow on Skyblock, Kitpvp, and survival. Thats it.

I had the same problem in skyblock, but once I went in glacier, I was fine. Maybe try this. I got so freaked out when it happened!!
