- *Description of suggestion: Okay, I've noticed one very controversial topic that has appeared within Foxcraft Prison. A reset. Now I haven't actually made my mind up about this, today I felt like it should be reset, but yesterday I didn't want a reset, so personally I haven't chosen a side. I will explain each key detail within a spoiler so the thread isn't too long.
Okay, I'm leaning more on the side of disagreeing with a reset. Here's why: Prison is a very different game mode, and regular Prison is very unique. You have many options within a regular prison over an OP prison. Regular Prison has a lot more items that are more challenging to get, which ultimately makes it have that extra kicker in it that makes it better. It's also a regular prison, which means it takes you AGES to get back to Complete, (or if there's a plan for a new rank in the future) without Donor. Players have worked extremely hard for their ranks and I feel it's kind of un-fair for a reset to happen if you're complete and not a donor, you have very little options.
Okay. As I explained above, there is major controversy with the planned Reset for Prison. Some don't want it, while others do. I was thinking, as I've seen people do this before, is add a Prestige sign. Before you disagree with me, just keep reading. If you've never played a prison with Prestige, it means that you've completed the Prison, and as Prestige your goal is to complete it again. That's what I think should happen. You can "Reset" yourself back to C, and keep basically your KS stats, and you'll still have proof that you've beaten Prison before.
Now, unless the Prestige sign / command could be coded correctly to dispose of all of your plots, I'm not 100% sure that "prestiging" will get rid of your plots. I think that when you prestige, you shouldn't have to get rid of your plots, because a lot of people have very valuable things on their plot, but when you Prestige, you do kind of reset so I guess losing your plot would be something that should be added.
With Prestiging, you would lose everything in your Ender-Chest (it would be RESET.), and you would lose everything in all of your other storage areas. Prestiging is a reset, just keeping your stats of ranking up.
- As you prestige, I think you should have to pay $ to prestige. First off; I think there should be a new mine called [PRESTIGE]. Now, this may sound pretty weird as you'd think "How do you even get the rank Prestige, if when you Prestige you just restart Prison? Well, I think after you Prestige FIVE times (1 Prestige - 5,000,000 , 2 Prestige - 10,000,000 , 3 Prestige - 15,000,000 , 4 Prestige - 20,000,000 , 5 Prestige - 25,000,000 , PRESTIGE Rank - 30,000,000) you recieve the rank Prestige, which allows you in a mine. Now, either this could be a mine or something new I know everyone has wanted for a long , long time... a FREE world! This is a world where you can explore (basically survival) and gather resources not available in the Prison to sell, or collect for your plot. I was thinking if this happened that players could silk touch spawners for their plot as well, to make like farms c;
A lot of people have recently been asking for a new map, and I 100% agree. It's time for a change. The map was nice when it was first added, but it's gotten boring. Not many people are enjoying it anymore, and it's time for a change. A new map would be wonderful, and so would a Donor+ block and shop, as that rank has been out for a while now but still hasn't had a shop or block made for it. This would definitely make a nice change and could add some more fun and extra funds to the server as more people would feel better about buying something with completed perks.
