Title Redstone Clocks

Description of suggestion
Okay so, i guess, redstone clocks are a big issue on survival. Sure, add the plugin there. But on oneblock, this has never been an issue, so why are we adding this to oneblock? All this will do on oneblock is limit redstone even further (eh ehm crazy "lag efficient" hoppers that break every redstone machine)

Possible side effects of suggestion
Good: we can use redstone again
Bad: there is no bad side to not adding this to oneblock

Dont add that to Oneblock, but prohibit the use of flying machines on oneblock, that should fix the lag thats killing the server just fine. The redstone clocks never was, isnt, will be, or have ever been a issue.

Dont fix what isnt broken, you will just create another problem, and a very unhappy community.
