Title One Block Safe Zone
Description of suggestion
So, currently, the OB safezone to build anything, is an entire box around it. Which, i can understand is to protect our chests and things from being deleted by spawning mobs.
But mobs so not spawn below it, not does any mob, get bigger than 4 blocks at most.
It is way too far, and early on renders far too much of our space, useless for chests. Even below the block.
IF possible, make it so that below the OB, there is a 2 block safe guard,
OR
Make the whole box 4 blocks wide, for no chests.

More freedom in making our islands, planning storage and better beginning
