Kingdoms

Title No Elysium

Description of suggestion
Add back the possibility of purchasing Kingdom Shields.
& Neutral Kingdoms.
Remove Elysium & add a safe period for new players. and for their kingdom (Playtime of the gamemode must be below 5 hours)
add an invasion cooldown of 20 minutes, to combat big kingdoms like Fantom & Scarface.
Decrease the amount of "Private Vaults" (pvs) you can have per rank.
^ Example:
Member: 1
Rabbit-Wolf: 2
Fox-SkyFox-ShadowFox: 3
MysticFox: 4
FoxKing/FoxQueen: 5
FoxGod/FoxGoddess: 6
Debuff the Rank kits (again)! (Please remove the Netherite Set for FoxGod it's so op)

Possible side effects of suggestion
Good Side effects:
There will be more risk in the gamemode.
Diplomacy will matter more.
Actual fights will exist outside of /warp pvp.
Kingdoms will be able to invade more.
More players will probably play because there is actually a gamemode that does what it says.
If a player dies in Olympus they will have a major set back so OP gear will most likely be harder to keep or get.
There will be less people with OP gear because they can't instantly get netherite.

Bad Side effects:
Ranks will have less value, thus people will buy ranks less often.

I'm in favor of changing Kingdoms back to a one world gamemode.
I'll list some of my thoughts below:
- Neutral kingdoms weren't a big success in the past. Players would build their bases in a neutral kingdom, and invade other kingdoms through a non-neutral kingdom. It was not beneficial to play non-neutral.
- Being able to buy shields with mana seems like a cool idea. Players would have even more need to grind mana
- An invasion cooldown seems a bit extreme, it would be impossible to invade a base with multiple chunks claimed. There is a cooldown in place for when an invasion gets defended successfully, which seems sufficient to me.
- Decreasing the amount of private vaults is an idea I like. Maybe copy the amount of vaults given in Survival?

Something I would like to see in the future is the ability to either redeem all mana in your inventory or condense mana into one singular voucher. Currently you're spending a lot of time redeeming the 1/ 2 mana vouchers you'll receive from killing mobs. Of course this issue could also be resolved by decreasing the drop rate of mana and increasing the amount it drops. :P

I would like to keep KeepInventory on, in areas such as /spawn, /warp pinata or /warp pvp.
I don't know it just sounds better if you just want to fight/test, without losing your gear.

I have been banned for almost 8 months and in that time I played other kingdom servers that have some things that would be cool on here and would be a balance between the 2.

- shields
Shields you could buy with mana/recourcepoints that also dissabled the pvp in that area and for the kingdom members, people that played for eco had shops and bought shields so the shops were safe, they couldnt abuse the shield for pvp or help raiding because they couldnt hit anyone or get hit. This made it so shield kingdoms were actually peacefull.

- raid cannons
You could buy a raid cannon and place it, every shot you shoot into someones claims 30 minutes of the shield gets removed. The cannon has a cooldown so if people have a shield of for example 7 days it would take a while to break the shield without anyone stopping the raid cannon. Raid cannons were very expensive and if you break them they dont drop, the defenders could break the raid cannon with a normal pickaxe without invading it (because they on shield so they cant invade) this made it so people with shields were still safe but if your shield was almost running out you could get sniped.

- raid claims and base claims
Base claims are permanent and more expensive, your base claims need to be connected so people only had 1 big real base, this made it so people had real castles and actual cool bases and not just small hard to find grind bases, only base claims had the ability to place turrets.
Raid claims are cheaper claims that get unclaimed after for example 1 day (the server that had this was testing with it and changed it around). The raid claims are nice to have for big wars at someones base claims but are not permanent, when invading someone the claim you raid turns into a raid claim. The past few seasons that I did play (before I got banned) the /k map aftet a /rtp was just pure chaos with a lot of small already raided claims (scarface) this would also make the /k top actually make sense and show the biggest kingdom with a real kingdom base. This would make kingdoms actually have kingdoms…

Idk why im actually commenting on this because I prob wont even be unbanned in the next few months but I think other people will like this and it would be fun for if I ever get back :(

My autocorrect is not working and it tries to translate to dutch so I hope this is readable…
