Closed Hardcore Combat Tag Issue

• *Description of suggestion: To remove the 10 second thing with combat, that doesn't allow you to break/place blocks when combat tagged, if you're in a situation where you're running but can't hide or mine, or build you're basically screwed, or can't place water to put out fire on yourself, or use lava & water in tactical ways during pvp. All of it is not available due to the combat tag. Also remove the redstone clock forbidden crap, nobody can build redstone things, and I had an idea for one, and now I can't.
• Possible side effects of suggestion: Well... People can pvp properly or escape those pvp situations.

Yeah, that's the point. I know it sucks when your enemy escapes or something, but there should be some kind of chance you can escape. With this you're 100% dead no escape lol.
