Description of suggestion
It would be nice to have the ability to mail offline people, I think we've all had friends go offline and then not return for a while. So, if you can somehow mail them and then have the message displayed to them when they come back. Now as we know Foxcraft uses the essential plugin, and I'm pretty sure essentials has this built in.

Possible side effects of suggestion
Good side effects: You could message offline people and reunite.

Bad side effects: It could be used to spam.

I agree, there’d just have to be a way to make sure someone sees it, like a i saw it button and if you don’t click it the message will show again when you log in next time
