Glitched In a Block... Help

I was placing blocks in Survival, when all the sudden I get moved to the hub. I try and log back on to the survival server and i get moved back to the hub again for no reason in the chat. I believe the possible reason is because the server thinks I'm inside a block, aka glitched. Could a staff please help me fix this? Thank you.:oops: :)
