Okay so here is my suggestion:
FoxKing's are usually the most op players on factions, am I correct? They have 20 player vaults, an enlarged enderchest, great kits, etc. Well my suggestion is to increase the amount of raiders and make it more worth creeper eggs and such. My first suggestion is to remove the bug of when you place a sign on a spawner, the spawner is un-creeper eggable. You can't even mine it in YOUR OWN territory until the sign is broken. This is a huge deal for people who are raiding someone who have spawners in their base and they're practically untouchable.
My second suggestion is to lower the amount of player vaults DRASTICALLY in the factions world for donators. The player vaults are causing the lower players to not be able to get good loot from bases, because of the donators shoving everything in their pv. I believe this will make factions better and more competition all around. I currently stand at #5 on the baltop and have only raided 1 person (sorry ex) I have gained around 3 mil just off of doing my own thing and selling things. The economy would be better I believe and all that jazz.
Also, if this were to be implemented, maybe give people a week/few days notice to empty their vaults before they're taken? Also, I'd increase the price of bedrock a little.. since there are people with 20 million they can get a stack or more easily..
