If you have /fly on and someone duels you, you can fly during the duel. So my suggestion is to disable it.
Everyone has to have the same amount of hearts. It isn't fair that some players have 4 extra hearts and some others 2 or 0.
Change the respawn of the duels. If someone accepts your duel, you get damage and you are hungry. In my opinion, this is pretty ugly.
