This speaks for itself. I filled out a report against a person who gave out my location, and ddosed me twice. I had video evidence, logs, and screenshots. He was banned, and less than 24 hours later, he pays a couple bucks, and gets unbanned (with a denied ban appeal). I don't see how this is fair/logical in the slightest. I get that servers/communities need $ to maintain stability, but I don't get how it's sensible to let people who ddos, back into a/your server. I've staffed on plenty of servers, ranging from MC to Garry's Mod, to Rust and so forth. With ranks starting from helper/T-Mod, all the way up to manager/co-owner. Members starting at 10-20, and reaching up to a couple 100. NEVER have I seen a ddoser get unbanned for paying a few bucks. I've enjoyed this server for the past month of two, but having someone who targeted me getting unbanned so quickly and with no appeal, is shocking. Thank you staff (Yoahi and Ronster_) for helping out to your best ability, it meant a lot, but I'll be investing my time/money into a community with higher standards.

I agree, they should have to appeal to get unbanned so that that staff working with their appeal can actually have some sort of idea whether they will ddos again

instead of reporting it to forums, file it to the cops as its illegal to ddos then you wont have the issue again

I understand your frustrations. Id recommend ignoring the guy in game /ignore.

and block him on skype, because if a person ddoses you, they must have gotten your ip somehow. and the most common way of getting an ip is through skype, so he must have your skype. If so, block him.

And delete your skype (optional)

I deleted my skype (i think so)

and created a new one.

This is the solution id come up with.

I know that a few weeks ago I said i agree... but i just realised that not even staff can determine weather or not they will threaten to ddos again

Good suggestion, we all hate ddosers *cough* @cloakfox and they should be stopped!

It's not possible anyways, the unban fee doesn't go off punishments. so there would be no way to tell who would be ban for ddosing or just hacks or something.

But i believe there is a way that staff can make it so certain players cant buy an unban manually

Staff don't have access to block people from buying an unban fee, only cloak kobeer or brady and that'd kinda be a waste of time for them.

oh ok... I just thought that cuz i thought i once saw yoahi say that he blocked someone

They have to pay, so their using their own money to buy an unban. Plus if they do it again the same thing will happen but they'll have to pay more, so it's fair.
