didnt recieve redeemkey, i tried prior to my timer reset and once it passed that time, i tried again and it gave me the try again 167hours or whatever it was, thanks

I have a similar post in bug reports that has still not been adressed. i just lost the key for that week i guess. they know of the issue apparently.

Hi,

We are aware of the bug and are trying to find a fix for it. It looks like if you type /redeemkey right after the cooldown expired you won't get the key, if you wait for a longer time than the cooldown says you should just get the key since that works for me.
