custom enchants?

Oneblock:

• Significantly improved server performance (thanks @MisterMel)
• Swapped custom enchantments solution !!!!(enchants can be obtained the same way as previously)!!!!
• Added Silk Touch to miner minions (thanks @MisterMel)
• Players now no longer lose the items stored in filters/whitelists/blacklist menus when picking up the minion (thanks @MisterMel)
  The items are send to your inventory instead

i am not finding the new enchants in the same previous way, nor finding them at all, im on java. please advise?

I know one way you can get enchants and that’s by the random enchant papers, I’m not sure about any other ways

the new enchants are obtainable from the enchantment table (only armor tools etc) sadly as of right now they cannot be applied to books via an enchantment table

unless it has been changed already without me noticing it.
