Appeal for Ban Due to False Hacking Accusation

I am writing to appeal the ban I received for the reason "first offence hacked client." I understand the importance of maintaining fairness and integrity on the server, and I respect the rules, but I believe this ban was a misunderstanding.
Here is my account of the situation:
I truly joined the server in hopes of being part of a supportive and friendly community. However, this experience has made me feel bullied and unfairly treated. I ask for a fair review of my case, and for transparency regarding the evidence used for my ban.
Thank you for your time and consideration. I would greatly appreciate it if you could review the situation and lift the ban if it is found to be unjustified. I am eager to continue playing and contribute positively to the community.

Here is my account of the situation:
- Playing Legitimately: I have been a dedicated player on the server for quite some time, and I’ve invested hours of gameplay into it, including staying up until 6 am grinding. I have never used any hacked client or cheated in any way. My focus has always been on enjoying the game and contributing positively to the community.
- The Incident: While I was playing and using the "/warp" feature and opening crates, I was suddenly accused of hacking by a mod (Lionclient & GeenJeremy_). Despite explaining that I wasn’t cheating and that my actions were legitimate, the mod continued to accuse me. Eventually, I was banned without further clarification.
- Miscommunication and Bullying: Following the ban, my friend, who was also present, tried to explain the situation in chat, but was met with further hostility. The mod ignored her and even attempted to mute her. To make matters worse, the mod and their friend began speaking in Dutch in the chat, which made me feel alienated and uncomfortable, as I felt they were communicating privately about me.
- Request for Proof: I have asked for proof of my alleged violation, but none has been provided. I am fully open to resolving any misunderstandings, but I believe it's important for the server to be transparent in such matters.
