Do you use any mods?
Have you experienced this before or is this just happening recently?
Does this issue persist with the entire server or just specific gamemodes?
What launcher are you using?

I believe the issue is that you are using a higher version than what Skyblock is currently using. The log shows 1.21.11 but Skyblock currently still sits on an older version on Minecraft. I suggest switching to the actual version Skyblock is running on as that is the most stable.
