• *Description of suggestion: Basically, this is for staff. For example, for me, instead of having a "Helper" tag, why not have "Helper" on the server. This would help people to notice other staff members as their tag would be distinctive.

• Possible side effects of suggestion: I don't really believe any side-affects would come about from this.

People will normally read the left of your name first. And seeing how some have treated me on other servers, they don't seem to notice that I am a staff member.
Something that would standout a bit more would be neat.

If they treat you like you're not staff they clearly don't care and a bold tag won't affect it.
