You could just report rule breakers to the Staff?

Or just on forums tbf.
Player reports, it's quite useful for us because if we don't have time to help you at the point which you ask about it when we're on the server (say someone has an issue to do with, I dunno glitches or whatever). If it's in player reports, we can come back and deal with it at any time, which is more convenient.

Just be active, report players on forum and show you're mature enough to get Helper rank. No point in suggesting an entire staff group to increase your chances to get staff, Unfortunately it doesn't work that way

Apart from that Guards & H-Patrol tend to abuse their power against other normal players. Also the whole rigmarole with picking Guards & H-Patrol is an effort and a half.
