Global:
- Tab completing player warps (with commands like /pwarp go) now only lists online players with an actual warp, instead of everyone who is online (thanks @MisterMel)
- Fixed being able to find hidden staff with a different command (thanks @MisterMel)
- Added mcmmo menu that provides additional information about abilities & other features from mcmmo, open it with /mgui
- Raider ravagers can no longer break crops & leaves when invading a kingdom (thanks @Nowaha)
- Fixed player type npc's from going on a unwarranted leave, they should now always be available
