I think this would be a good idea. Some players feel pressured into buying stuff from shops because they are close to used areas for that has mines throughout. This is especially true closer to spawn.- Apersona1

Claimblocks lost after selling claim?
When you sell something you give it away, so that includes the claim blocks. You will get them back as you play of course!
