i can see why you want a reset for survival. but i think at the moment is survival not a priority for a reset when other gamemodes are in desperate need of attention (looking at you skyblock). also survival still has a very large and healthy playerbase who still login every day to play and have fun.

the new enchants are obtainable from the enchantment table (only armor tools etc) sadly as of right now they cannot be applied to books via an enchantment table unless it has been changed already without me noticing it.
