There wasn't a staff rank for purchase. But he'd exclusively pick staff who bought ranks.
No staff members appeared without a donator rank.

Besides, the ranks are kinda useless now.
The only rank worth buying before was skyfox, now buying a skyfox in a specific server isnt worth jack sh*t
