Probably because players nowadays don't make good candidates for staff mostly because they are immature 12 year olds

well i applied with like a 8 paragraph reason i should be a helper and i'm 15 and i wasn't accepted, i think they need to make the staff requirement for age to be 13 to 15 at least. don't you agree @Remierik

Completely agree @DarkRakuran they should make staff requirements be 15+ at least so they are at an age where they at least had a growth spurt and know the definition of maturity

@DarkRakuran If you still can't accept the fact that you weren't accepted as helper, who can blame them? There are many things taken into account not just how many paragraphs you write....

@Pherii then explain the 3-6 pages of punishments they've had plus their immature behavior and the fact is, is most of those members selected still around answer is no because they couldn't choose a mature staff member instead they choose 12-13 year old kids who rage and ban people for beating them in pvp for 'hacking' i know this because one of the staff members who got Helper was acting like a 2 year old kid.

It really doesn't matter how old you are. Honestly, if @EKplaysMC // Eric didn't have helper RIGHT now, he'd be toxic, no doubt. (Still love you eric) If MasterSniper didn't, he'd probably be toxic and immature. We're all immature, but we can choose to be immature whenever. The staff choices are most purely based off of if they are willing to not be immature once handed helper.

I think the age requirement is fine. I was a great HPatrol when I was 12, later promoted to Helper. I'm currently Mod and I haven't had any immaturity problems that I recall as a staff.

also most players selected were Glacier players, the only Vulcan player was Peytonb56 but he teamed with hackers and Combat loggers, so he was one of the bad choices. someone make a list of the worst helpers in the past 2 apps.

I play on almost every server.
We have creative staff, glacier staff, skywars staff, survival staff, we have lots of staff on different servers. Anyways, we'll NEVER turn down someone on another server for helper because it's "not a server we play on" or something along those lines.

@DarkRakuran Okay, but if you're hoping to become a future helper is doing what you're doing really wise? Besides, YOU view them like that, seeing their faults, imagine looking at your own self. I'm not saying anything specific but at least consider that.
