Title Make /farm Bushes grow while being offline

Description of suggestion
At the moment, the PyroFarming Bushes from /farm do not grow while the player who placed them is offline. This makes it very hard to progress in /farm and one aspect is harshly nerfed. This impacts players especially at the start.
Oneblock already has this feature and the default is them growing while the placer who placed them is offline.
I feel like a lot of people would appreciate this and I see no real downside in implementing this.

Possible side effects of suggestion
Easier /farm progress
Less confusion in newer players using /farm
Equivalence to Oneblock

I think this would help with some AFK players. As it is a large source of money for plenty of people (me included) who don't have the knowledge to set up large and complex farms.
 
So I tested it with Growstations and they do work while you are not unable so I don't see any reason for Bushes to not have this be the standard way
 
it used to be like that, that bushes grow offline but they removed it about a year ago. And growstations do grow while being offline
