Don't know what to tell you. I guess it does reset. Of course if you buy a rank, you can have multiple jobs, solving that issue.

There are a few different jobs plugins. Not sure which one this one is. Try doing /jobs about and see if anything comes up. If so, google the plugin and you should get all the info you need.

Hey, New to this server, hardly new to MC. Right now waiting on my SkyFox rank that I purchased yesterday. Hoping to get some support soon although I've been told it may take up to a WEEK for the issue to be resolved, if at all. Not exactly a great start.
