Description of suggestion
1. Increase cactus/sugarcane sell price to $4 or $5 each (makes farming a more optimal way to earn money)
2. Increase price of hoppers in shop (They are super easy to get and should be more expensive)
3. Increase hopper flow speed, hoppers seem to easily clog up due to lag or the restrictions currently set on them
4. Increase the spawn % of iron and coal in F mine
5. Add more ores at the sandstone mine in the donator mine (diamonds, redstone, lapis, and gold)
6. Add a clear lag system (alerts in chat when going off)
7. Increase /fix all cooldown, It's currently 30 minutes which is a little overkill (should be 12hr or 24hr cooldown)
8. Add infinite /eat for Vip and up (should be able to use the command while in combat)
9. Balance Elite mine and Complete mine, complete should be better than elite (Just make complete mines exactly like the current elite ones, and nerf the current elite mines)
10. Add a pinata crate and change the reward from the pinata to a pinata key
11. 24/7 daylight in the overworld
12. Add xp bottles to the shop (they should be expensive)
13. Remove mob spawning in the overworld
14. Add gold and iron ingots to the shop buy/sell
15. Change the gang color to red for level 5 gangs, its currently yellow which is the same as level 1 gangs

Possible side effects of suggestion
Can help balance the gamemode and overall stabilize the server and the players needs.

I agree with all of this and maybe since the old map came back, you can add the snowball mine that you can sell or the wood and diamond mine that was in the elite mine on the very first map. This is probably a useless suggestion but could bring back many memories for old players like me and others.
 
Also, I agree with the cactus suggestion, but if you're going to increase cactus you might as well increase every farming item. Hopper transfer rates are a must, hoppers being 200 is too cheap change to about 500-750. 4, 5 and 6 is also a must. If 30 mins is overkill, so is 1 hour for /fix and 8 is above ^ and answered

I agree with most of them but not the cactus up that high, I would say max 2$, but I think 1 or 1.25 is more ideal.
 
0.5 is waaaaay to little though.
The last prison they sold for 5$ a piece which was way too high, you could just constantly be afk and make insane money especially if your farm was big. People have been saying they want the grind and increasing it that high will remove that. 2-2.5$ should definitely be the max.

I’d say $2 per cacti would be a good balance, $5 is certainly over the top as people already have decently sized farms.
 
I don't think $5 would be overpowered at all, a single inventory would sell for 11,520 which could ultimately balance farming and mining since their is basically no point to even farm because of the little worth, and increasing it to $1 or $2 wouldn't be enough of a change. You have to understand this too, old prison you had access to /sellhand which allowed you to sell mass amounts of stuff very quickly, with the shop gui that would immensly slow down the selling process and balance it out.

Just break all the chests and spam the middle mouse button on cactus lol

That's way to much per inv, getting a full inventory of cactus is really easy espeically with big farms its nothing. That's to much money.
I agree but 0.5 is still to little
It isn't .5 anymore, it was changed to .75.
