Closed /tpo for Helpers

In my Lamborghini
What servers is this for? All servers, that use helpers. Especially kitpvp.

Description. That all Helpers are allow /tpo so that when someone is on minechat for instance and they want to talk in chat but they can't :O, this command is good for people on minechat or just stuck in spawn and can't move.( How the command will work player /msgs helper or staff I'm on minechat and can't talk in spawn please /tpo me to someone in spawn, helepr /tpo player into spawn so they can talk in chat ).

This would be a great idea, as it's a huge issue. Helpers outnumber staff and also tend to be more active (or so it seems by their sheer number).

Then they'd be reported, and demoted/put on probation. There would be enough witnesses, and whenever a helper is about to TP someone, they can record it, and make an archive of TP'd players. Most of the helpers seem honest anyway.

They could. Witnesses don't matter, you need hard, cold evidence. Some might record, true. But honestly, most won't. I don't assume it would be abused. But you never know.

Hopefully there can be some long term solution to people who need to be TP'd out, because as of now there's probably 50 people still stuck in blocks.

lol probs, and staff do take a while to respond, which is the upside. But still, staff could just randomly tp-trap you in Factions lets say, and kill you.

That's true, so it'd probably be best to only give that to them in Creative, where it's most of a problem, and the consequences of DYING due to trapping are lessened. I mean dying, as in the stuff you lose is trivial compared to factions. But still, trapping is still bannable, and would be horrible for a helper to do.

ok, ok, sounds like a good idea
 
Knowing with our previous abusers with Helper, I think /tpo is a little too much right off the bat. Maybe if they receive Helper+, that could be something to add as it could get them to have a feel of the Staff rank.

It's true, but I do feel like they've been helpers for awhile and have proven themselves pretty well.

you mean /tpa here because they already have perms to /tpo

But they're still Helpers for a reason, they need to show themselves more.

Dedication and Maturity is put to the test, not length of time having the rank.

I know what you mean. I'll stop speaking, but have one more thing to say. I wasn't saying that length of time proves anything besides the fact that those that have abused have been demoted, and I think we're left with a group that mostly wouldn't abuse. *slinks off into the shadows* You win this time.. Where you can force TPA to a player, EX: if i did /tpo rifti, it would tpa me to you where-ever you are.
