3.) What is your suggestion?
My suggestion encompasses the whole of Forums. It brings the aspect of moderation and opportunities to willing players. My idea is for the Forums to have a rank called "Forums Management/Forums Mod". I bring the idea in the appreciation of the work the staff does on the Forums, but also that sometimes warnings and little details don't get caught (i.e. Boosting, Grave-Digging, Unseen help threads, etc.). The Forums Mods will have the following jobs:
- Finding & Warning grave-diggers, boosters, etc.
- Attending and alerting staff of unseen Help, Report, Suggestion, or other threads
- Monitoring the Forums in general

4.) Any extra info, like why? Or how it would be better etc.
One of the main parts of it is that you can qualify to it based on the staff's decisions on how you do as helper. You start off as helper, and depending if staff notice you do well on a certain platform (forums or server) they give you the according rank. It would be mega-useful as now we have a large base of helpers and it could be easily split, as we do have a surplus.

I'd think the helpers are already sort of "forum moderators" and then there are the staff members to confirm their given warning. If you know what I mean. Also I personally don't think anyone is suited for the job besides all the helpers, and current staff members.

This is good but we ready have the permission to lock threads and warn players.

This is a great idea, it's likely hard for helpers to manage a growing server AND forums. That's very interesting with the "forums or server" moderation part. That way we could find the best of each, without them having to work on something they're less good at.

I don't see the need for an extra rank. A re-do of our current moderation system should've been done a long time ago however and will make its way into implementation soon. Apologies for the wait.
