Anarchy dosen't seem like hardcore

slime and hostel mobs are not spawning at high rate, I played for "7" hours today (lol I got no life after work),and only had 1 small slime spawn, and hostel mobs where even rare to see in the swamps to, animals how ever , where plenty..... to plenty. can Admin fix how often hostel mobs spawn on here, to like, Anarchy rate, lol, please
 
Last time i checked it wasn't set to hardcore. So yeah this should be fixed.
 
The spawn rates for ALL mobs, not just hostile mobs, was supposedly decreased to prevent lag. I think. The way multiplayer servers normally work is, the more players there are loading more chunks, the less mobs spawn in each chunk.

Maybe to increase difficulty add random chances that mobs spawn with potion effects for example a zombie may spawn with Strength 2 or something like that, could allow players to tell the difference from regular survival and anarchy/hardcore survival.

In hard difficulty, spiders can spawn with such potion effects, for example strength II, or invisibility.
 
I know, but it's extremely rare and barely changes anything as they are just as easy to kill in my opinion, I MEAN in a larger scale with skeletons spawning with swords and swiftness 2 etc.

I once died and a skeleton stole my sharpness 5 diamond sword. ._.

Wither skeletons spawn with swords. Go trap a bunch, splash em with strength II, and see if you can beat em all without dying (or hiding someone they can't hit you).

[doublepost=1482197622,1482197046][/doublepost]I understand you both, but this is hardcore, for more advanced players, not a setup for PVP, the hostel mobs are not hard and the animals for food are plenty, less animals would be nice and hostel mobs would be a great challenge., this is Anarchy.
that's why there's only a Minimal option of buy from shop here. I got my set homes and my pig spawner, for food, but still no ma hostel mobs for a anarchy. and like I sad before, " I played for 7 hours in a swamp to get slime and only got 1 small slime to appear, hours may very, I might have been on longer, lol I got no life after work.
