It probably auto un-claims your stuff if you're inactive for a certain amount of time.

When your offline a pretty long time, your claims will dissapeared. You can't undo griefs I think. You should ask @cloakfox

As a staff member I always said this to people who had an issue like this:

6) Do not ask for (a reimbursement of): spawned items, money, ranks, op, or anything else of the sort

We didn't offer reimbursements as the claims could go on for ages, legitimate or illegitimate, plus you have no proof.
