I disagree with your first suggestion because I think mob stacking is actually convenient for the server and for the players. You can make them flow into a 1x1 area and not worry about hitting them all over the place and convenient for the server for less lag.
I agree with the second one because if people are too lazy to get supplys they may spend a little extra cash to get it for them.
I strongly disagree with /fly because why would you want to fight a flying guy and someone flying around your base to get your coords? Plus they can do /fly and fly around for bases that are above ground.
I don't agree with the xp because you already suggested that you put in XP bottles in the /shop
I agree with more token enchant walls it give it a variety
