Title Allow AI for Panda Spawners
Description of suggestion
Since many spawners disable AI, it's a little annoying at times when you get a spawner for a unique or interesting mob (Like say a panda) only to find out that they can't move or do anything due to the AI restriction. I believe disabling the AI on panda spawners would be fine, as they don't have much use outside of obtaining a rare brown panda, which is not as cool of something to own if it can't do anything. Bees have also had their AI restriction disabled and don't seem to cause issues, so I would see this as a purely beneficial and small change.
