Description of suggestion
Remove mobstacking for naturally spawning mobs. It is very difficult to make a farm and to stop parrots/horse/llamas from stacking. You need to pay $600 and 1 name tag per animal that you have, making it get quite expensive over time.
Possible side effects of suggestion
Might be an increase in lag but I doubt much given the fact it takes quite a lot of time to find parrots and horses and other livestock especially now that you can no longer breed animals.
