Description of suggestion
Allow the breeding of horses so that players can make good horses. Breeding horses is extremely vital in doing anything with horses. If that's taken away you can't selectively breed and make good horses.
Possible side effects of suggestion
Although breeding animals was removed to reduce lag, I think horses should be an exception due to needing a golden apple to breed them and it's the only way to make good horses too. Golden apples are expensive so lots of horses won't be bread so lag won't be created.
