Description of suggestion
Reset fully reset everything , add the very old spawn back that had parkour or make a new and improved spawn that actually looks nice with a couple nice houses for maybe community chests and furnaces as well and a room for tokens , either way people always complain about this plenty of people want a reset I would love a reset as well as the very old spawn with parkour about 2 1/2 years back

Possible side effects of suggestion
Old player quitting , BUUT brining more people to play because its a fair advantage for everyone

There are millions of untouched blocks in the server. Changing the spawn is a different thing but your talking about changing the entire server. I don't see any possible effects besides having 1.13 on survival. New players are coming everyday. They just need to work hard. Thats what we all did when we first joined. I have seen many hardworking players throughout this month. Many new players have amazing bases some better than mine. It encourages them to spend even more time.
 
Not resetting survival. /wild still brings you to fresh land.

Spawn will move again when survival is updated to 1.13 so users will spawn in new biomes.
